Frank Salazar, III CPA, MBA

BBA, Accounting, 1974 University of Texas at El Paso

MBA Finance, 1994 University of Houston

Frank began his public accounting career as an auditor with a national accounting firm in 1974. He has been a partner in a local firm since 1980. In addition to completing an MBA in 1994, Frank completed over 18 hours of tax courses offered in the Masters of Taxation Program at the University of Houston.

Frank provides management consultation, tax and accounting services to privately held business enterprises. His areas of interest include corporate and partnership accounting and taxation; family financial planning including related estate matters; and general business consulting.

His business interests have involved clients in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, retail, construction, and service organizations (i.e. architectural, engineering, attorneys, medical, etc.). Frank is a member of the American Institute of CPA's, the Texas Society and Houston Chapter of CPA's, and is a former member of the Board of Directors of the Houston Golf Association.

Kelli S. Conway CPA

Kelli is a graduate of Houston Baptist University and received her CPA certification in 1990. Kelli has worked with both national and non-national accounting firms and has over 25 years of public accounting experience. Kelli joined the firm of Frank Salazar & Co., P.C. in May of 1990.

Kelli is a member of the American institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Kathryn Gutierrez

Kathryn is responsible for providing our clients with various general accounting and tax services and for the co-ordination of tax compliance services provided by the firm. Kathryn has over 10 years public accounting administrative experience and has provided accounting services to clients in various industries. Kathryn graduated from the University of Houston, Downtown in 2006.
